Each member of the team at MacLeod & Associates brings their own area of specialist knowledge and experience, and their own interests and passions:

Stew MacLeod has extensive experience in the reticulation of high voltage electrical power and network design. He has the ability to view the wider picture, and his speciality is in the overall assessment of Clients’ needs, and the preparation of surveys and reports.

Karen MacLeod has wide experience in AutoCAD and MicroStation draughting and drawing systems. She has established and maintained a number of drawing systems including those at Milburn Prison and Port Otago.

Lloyd Napper applies his established background in detailed analysis to his design and draughting work at MacLeods. He has gained extensive experience in, and continually refines, our current Revit MEP2010 draughting package.

Lee Flowers brings a depth of experience in value analysis and life cycle costings to the design of electrical building services. He is a keen advocate of value and excellence.

Allan Vandyke has a particular interest in energy topics, including optimisation and control. At MacLeod & Associates he has developed broad skills in building modelling and simulation programmes, including the ACADS-BSG programme we currently use.

Macleod & Associates are members of the New Zealand Green Building Council. Tony Sanderson is a NZGBC Accredited Professional and helped in the development of the NZGBC Rating Tool for educational buildings. Tony recently presented at the IRHACE Conference on Heating & Energy Efficiency.
