MacLeod & Associates have been involved with the major changes that have been undertaken at Port Otago over the last five years.
These include the updating and modification of the 11kV and 400V systems, the addition of a 1200kVA standby generator and the high voltage connection of the two new cranes.
The generator is capable of back feed through the local grid and is capable of removing a container from a ship in the case of an emergency.
